Access to honest and accurate sexuality education is quite limited for too many people. Whether you are learning helpful information and practicing skills for yourself or building your capacity to support others on their journey as a sexual being in your role as a human service provider, I can support you.
As adults, we can be unaware of the impact that misinformation and stereotypes about sexuality have on us. Learning about sexuality through vicarious learning experiences and observing others is confusing and can be the basis of issues and concerns. Very often getting accurate information and practicing using new skills is sufficient to create big shifts for folks.
As youth workers, educators, health care providers, and caregivers, we are the tool we bring to our work and may not have received healthy helpful sexuality education in our professional preparation and training. Without clarity about our own values and beliefs it can be too easy to allow them to influence our work in unhelpful and sometimes unethical ways. Training that increases clarity about your personal values, provides essential knowledge, and resources for the topics, and builds your skills to support holistic, healthy sexuality can expand your capacity to work well with students, clients, customers, and patients.

My approach to education and training is engaging, rights-based, inclusive, trauma informed, and addresses skills, knowledge, and feelings. I train and educator on a lot of topics and can accommodate different formats for sessions that range from a 30-minute Keynote or Event Presentation, to full/half day and multi-day sessions.
